Makati-Apartments is a division of ManilaStay INC. Our primary focus is to provide high quality
and affordable apartment rentals and sales in the Makati area.
Established in 2007 the decision was made to concentrate on Manila's business district of Makati. This
area provides the citys best infrastructure, including the finest shopping areas, first class dining venues,
the classiest entertainment hotspots and excellent business facilities for upwardly mobile Filipinos
and Expats alike.
Makati-Apartments make it easy for tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers to achieve and exceed all expectations.
We will facilitate your business and property needs in a highly professional and confidential manner. For rentals we provide
a full property management service to both the tenant and the landlord, this includes collection, maintenance,
housekeeping, bill payment and book keeping. For property sales we will expedite all negotiations, and asssist with any
requirements to finalize the transfer of title.
